Sewer is billed based on water delivered. Water Meters are read and service is billed monthly. The first bill is issued approximately 30 - 45 days after connection. There is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee for new and transferring customers to offset bookkeeping and field work incurred by the City of Franklin. Receipt and payment of the fee does not guarantee service and each new service delivery point must have availability from Engineering prior to providing water service. You may pay your bill in person between those hours. Rooms are nice but small - and super clean.City Hall is open Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Although we've never stayed at a Home2Suites before, and though we tend to prefer Hilton Garden or Hamptons.the staff at your location truly made all of the difference. The next morning, Marcia was there again, asking how our evening was and if we had a nice time. We told her about our plans for the day and she gave us a couple insider tips of what else we should do in the area. ![]() SO, your lovely Marcia helped us to find a spot that we could park quickly and safely. First, she helped us with our parking situation immediately - our truck was slightly too large to fit in the garage (even though we called prior to making our reservation and the original person on the phone said that we wouldn't have an issue since the garage was 7-ft tall, well, the garage was 6'10" I believe and that 2" difference was just enough that our vehicle didn't fit). We were only there one night but she made sure that we were having a nice time. We met a lovely gray-haired woman (I believe her name is Marcia) who helped us and checked in on us throughout our time at Home 2 Suites. Upon arrival, we walked in and my husband's name was listed as the guest of the day - what a nice welcome. We received a wonderful welcome email on the day of our arrival - it gave us info about our stay, the hotel, parking, etc.nice touch. ![]()
